Backups

Protect your panel database with local and optional Dropbox copies.

General Settings
Database backup

Includes subscribers, streams, settings and logs. Media files, Docker configuration and VPN private keys are not included. Keep your server recovery configuration separately.

Backup Settings

Saved secrets are encrypted and never returned to this page. A short-lived access token must be replaced when it expires. For unattended backups, use refresh credentials below.

Dropbox refresh credentials

Refresh credentials take priority over the access token. Use an App Folder application with account_info.read, files.content.write, files.content.read and files.metadata.read permissions. Dropbox setup documentation

A Dropbox copy appears as uploaded only after its size and content checksum match. Remote-only copies remain in your Dropbox app folder under panel-backups. Backups contain sensitive panel data; downloads require administrator access.
