Subscribers see service titles. DNS addresses are configured here and supplied to the app internally. Deleted or disabled entries disappear from the open player Service screen at the configured DNS update interval. Automatic private failover remains in routing settings.

Playlist & EPG refresh

Manage automatic updates and request a subscriber refresh.

Requires the new player update. Requests apply to the matching subscriber and DNS while the app is open or when opened again. This requests a device update; it does not confirm the device has finished refreshing. Manual refresh includes DNS, live TV, movies, series and EPG.

Subscriber code login

Sign in without typing a subscription password on the TV.

Approve an app from the panel

The subscriber selects a DNS, chooses “Approve from panel,” and gives you the pairing code shown on their TV.

Playlist status○ Waiting for app

Choose a subscriber and DNS, then approve a TV or create a management code to track playlist loading.

Codes expire after 10 minutes and can be used once. Uses the panel’s encrypted subscriber credential store; no password is shown here. The selected DNS must accept that subscriber’s credentials. Existing password login remains available.
